Agreement
By opting in to text messages from Global Hardwood & Supplies (“we,” “us”) at globalhardwoodinc.com/text-updates, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.
The program
Our text program sends recurring automated promotional and informational messages about flooring deals, new stock, holiday hours, store events, and related updates. Messages are sent to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and the authorized user of the mobile number you submit. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your signup preference. Weekly highlights and promos: up to 4 messages per month. Major sales only: typically 1–2 messages per month. Actual volume may vary based on promotions, inventory, and store events.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply to all texts you send or receive in connection with this program. We do not charge a fee to join, but your mobile provider may.
Opt out and help
You can cancel anytime by texting STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation message and then no further texts from this program unless you opt in again. For help, text HELP or call (323) 732-3333.
Carriers
Supported carriers may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your mobile service and device settings.
Privacy
How we collect and use mobile numbers for this program is described in our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We may change these terms, message content, or frequency, or discontinue the program at any time. Continued participation after we post updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
